SOS

SOS refers to the emergency assistance feature available within the App that allows a User to quickly notify emergency contacts, share emergency information, initiate emergency communication, and activate related emergency features.

Premium Services

Premium Services refer to paid features, subscriptions, or additional services offered by the Company.

Active SOS

If you activate an SOS, the App continuously updates and shares your live location with your selected Emergency Contacts until the SOS is ended or resolved.

This enables your trusted contacts to locate and assist you as quickly as possible.

Outside Active SOS

Except as described above, the App does not continuously monitor or track your location in the background.

Location Services can be controlled through your device settings. However, disabling location permissions may limit or prevent certain emergency features from functioning correctly.

MSG91 SMS Services OTP verification, SMS delivery, and emergency messaging services.
Exotel Voice Communication Emergency voice calling services and related communication support.
100ms Audio Communication Emergency conference calling and real-time audio communication between Users and their selected Emergency Contacts.
Razorpay Payment Processing Secure processing of Premium Service subscriptions and other authorized payments. Payment credentials are processed directly by Razorpay and are not stored by the Company.

Our Responsibilities

These service providers process information only as necessary to deliver the services requested by the Company.

The Company does not authorize any third-party service provider to use your personal information for its own advertising, marketing, or unrelated commercial purposes.
