2. Original Features of 1st Alert
The following features are the original work of First Alert Health Tech Private Limited and form part of the Company's proprietary 1st Alert emergency safety platform. The descriptions below are the copyrighted work of the Company.
Loud alarm that breaks through silent, DND and vibrate
When an SOS is triggered, 1st Alert can sound a loud emergency alarm on an emergency contact's phone — even when that phone is on Silent, Vibrate or Do Not Disturb — where the contact has allowed it, so a genuine emergency alert is not missed.
Medication skip alerts to loved ones
1st Alert can automatically notify a user's chosen family members or emergency contacts when a scheduled medication dose appears to have been missed, helping families care for elderly parents and dependents from a distance.
Medical SOS and Personal Safety SOS in one app
1st Alert combines a medical emergency SOS and a personal-safety SOS within a single application, each tailored to its situation — sharing health details in a medical emergency, and prioritising safety and location in a personal-safety emergency.
Instant in-app emergency voice call
During an SOS, 1st Alert can connect the user and their alerted emergency contacts on an instant in-app voice call, so the people who can help are able to coordinate immediately.
Live location sharing during an emergency
On an SOS, the user's live location is shared with their trusted contacts and updated continuously until the emergency is resolved.
Emergency health profile and shareable health summary
Users can store their essential medical information — blood group, conditions, allergies, medications, prescriptions and insurance — and make a summary available to responders through the App and a shareable emergency QR code.
One-tap emergency dialling
1st Alert opens the user's phone dialer on the relevant emergency number — 108 for ambulance or 112 for police — so the call can be placed with a single tap during a crisis.
This list is representative of the Company's original work and is not exhaustive. Additional features of the 1st Alert application are equally the property of the Company.
